iSW 28LEQ-2/28 Built-In Lithium Ion Battery powered Blinds Motor

iSW 28LEQ-2/28 is our flagship DC tubular motor for roller blinds, not only it is powerful - its rated torque is 2.0 Nm, but also it's the latest ultra quiet model and has speed regulation feature. The built-in lithium battery has low power consumption therefore the DC motor is allowed to work for a longer time without a thermal protection limit.

The built in Lithium battery has the ability to be fully charged up to 500 cycles. You can use the electric charger or solar panel charger to charge the battery once every 3~5 months, the lithium ion battery can achieve an outstanding up to up and down 600 times per fully charge depending on the weight and the size of the roller blind.

It comes with a standard drive adapter and crown which are only suitable 45mm aluminium roller blind tubes. Please check the last photo for your reference. For the customer who order the roller blinds through us, the diameter of aluminium tube for all of the roller blinds whatever how small of the blind will be 45mm.

It's rated torque is 2 Nm and rated speed is 28 rpm, therefore for the 45mm tube, its lift capacity can reach 8 kg. If you use the 480g/m2 roller blind fabric with the weight of the bottom bar being 2 kg, then the maximum size of the roller blind would be 3.6m(W) X 3.5m(H) after deducting the weight of the bottom tube.

This tubular motor has the capability to drive quite a large size of roller blinds, so it can drive two even three roller blinds to joint ( link) together up to 3.6m total width in the same time through just one of this iSW DM28LEQ-2/28 Built-In Lithium Ion Battery Tubular Motor.

Built-in lithium battery operated tubular motors don't need wiring nor an electrician, so this model is particularly suitable for long sizes of roller blinds, for those blinds on high and hard to reach positions, you have the choice of a solar charging panel, good for open void halls, lobbies and commercial showrooms, offices etc.

This is for the motor only, you will also require a remote and a charger to operate, however you only need one charger per home and a single multi channel remote can control multiple blinds. Considering to the labour cost of the electrician, the Li-ion rechargeable battery powered motor will be better option, the cost of two option will be similar, it will not only looks better, meanwhile but also the quality of li-ion battery is getting better and better now in this day, the lifetime of Li-ion battery will last much longer than before, the only thing you need to do is you should remember to charger the battery once every 6 months at least to maintain the Li-ion battery in good performance.
